Match Play
Hi
Sorry it has been so long since I have written. It’s been a tough week for me. I played in Toledo last week and played ok the first two days but really struggled on the weekend. Just overall a rough week for me.
This week I have been waiting for all season. I am playing in the Match Play at Wykagyl in New Rochelle. Pretty excited I can sleep in my own bed this week! Also, it doesn’t hurt that I get to eat at Poppy’s every morning! My friend Lindsey Wright is staying at the house with me and she is from Australia so my dad is having fun trying to understand her accent! 
The matches start on Thursday morning. I’m not sure what time I play yet but be sure to check out www.lpga.com and come follow me!

can’t wait for thursday,this is your favorite format.it should be because you sort of already played a match this year in mexico we all remember those four play off holes with the number one player in the world. you did’nt back down then….have fun and always keep smiling you have all of us on your side…YOU ROCK…

Hi Meaghan,
Your dad is right…YOU ROCK! My mom & I are hoping to come see you play on Saturday. we have no doubt that you will still be in it.
I just finished reading the articles in the Journal news and the one “francella’s dad is her No.1 fan” made me laugh and cry. It brought back many good memories of playing softball with your mom,& Joe & dad on the “raccoons”.
Stay with it so we can come see you play again!

Meaghan,
Congratulations! We just watched you beat Lorena on the 18th hole. Awesome. First Anika, now Lorena. Keep it up! Just to refresh your memory, we met during your practice round at the Safeway (we have a home at Superstition Mountain), and followed you for a couple of holes (with your Mom) on Friday.
