Week Off
Hey everyone!
Well it was quite an exciting week in Palm Springs, California at my first major. I played in the final group the last day and finished tied for 5th place making a birdie on the final hole of the tournament to finish at one under par for the week. It was a great experience and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I have this week off and I am spending it in Naples, Florida working on my game and just trying to get some rest. I am going to go fishing tomorrow which will be a blast! I cannot wait for that. Hopefully I will catch a lot of fish and it will be a great day!
I go to Orlando on Sunday afternoon and we have the Ginn Open which is played at Reunion. It is going to be a great week and hopefully it will be another good finish for me.
I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you again for all of your comments, emails and phone calls!

I am so glad that you were a part of my Holy Child years, and I am so proud of you now!! You have made me such a fan of the LPGA—I am addicted to the coverage just to see how you’re doing.
Say hi to your Mom, catch lots of fish and good luck at Reunion. Can’t wait to see you play in New York soon!

The midwest chapter of Francella-Nation is overjoyed with the outstanding play Meaghan displayed this past weekend. We hope that the seas will be bountiful and provide many lovely photos of fish longer than a Cleveland Driver.

Meaghan,
It was great to be able to be there with you for your 1st of many majors. I could not have been more proud of you! Under extremely difficult conditions you handled yourself beautifully like the professional you are. I had fun hanging with you and Herbie and enjoying the perks of being a family member of an LPGA member. It was a blast being a long for the ride and being the gang leader of your growing gallery! Meaghan,
what a great weekend you had. we watched the two days of action on TV. But of course we didn’t see you enough. Hopefully these TV producers will realize what a following you have and put you on TV more. Congratulations from all the Rockland County Dudek’s

Hey there Meaghan,
I followed you at the Kraft. I was the Canadian and asked you during the ProAM where your dad was. Remember me? Anyway, my friend wanted to slip you a couple of P BandJ sandwiches for your bag just to show our love for you! HEHEHE
So the most memorable experience for me, and many others for that matter, was your walk on to the 18th green on day 3. All the other golfers were very quiet and smiley on there walk to the green. I was sooooo excited to see you get everyone into it by pumping your arms with your putter in your hand. Made me realise that you were super excited to be there and that you were enjoying the moment. I think you have a ton to offer the LPGA. Keep it up and can’t wait to see more of you!

Hi again Meaghan:
I agree with all of the above. It was great to see you on the 18th ( when CBS finally showed us one of the hottest new stars on the LPGA tour!!!!) throwing your arms up to the crowd. Keep that great spirit and JOY in the years to come!
